Changes and cancellations+
1. If you cancel for personal reasons before the shoot begins, a cancellation fee applies based on the shoot date. (Per the Korea Consumer Agency's dispute resolution standards for photo developing and photography)
- Cancelled more than 60 days before the shoot date: KRW 100,000 fee
- Cancelled within 60 days of the shoot date: no refund
2. Changing the date within 30 days of the shoot incurs a KRW 200,000 fee. [One change allowed up to 1 month before]
3. Changing the package within 14 days of the shoot incurs a KRW 100,000 fee. [One change allowed up to 14 days before]
4. If your child suddenly falls ill before the shoot, you may change the date once without a fee. A doctor's note is required for the change to be free of charge.
5. If you stop partway through the shoot, the full package price applies and only the photos taken so far are provided.
6. We do not reshoot after the session because of a change of mind.
7. The package cannot be changed on the day of the shoot [ for your child's condition or a change of mind ].
8. If it rains on the day, outdoor scenes are replaced with other scenes sheltered from the rain.
9. Date changes, package changes and cancellations because of weather (rain, snow and so on) are not possible.
Reshoots+
1. If bad weather makes it impossible to continue during the shoot, we agree on a reshoot date together.
2. If your child's condition makes it impossible to continue during the shoot, we schedule one reshoot (baby solo only) within 2 months.
3. We do not reshoot after the session because of a change of mind.
4. We cannot reshoot because the baby did not smile or would not smile.
Retouching+
1. The photos you select are retouched within a natural range (color, brightness, skin, blemishes, hanbok creases, asymmetry).
2. Requests such as bigger eyes or a slimmer look are highly subjective, and heavy retouching looks unnatural and loses the feel of the original. So we do not reshape faces or bodies, or combine photos.
e.g. Combine photos A and B / Slim me down overall, or my arms or legs / Shave my jaw, remove my double chin / Make my eyes bigger
3. Reflections on glasses and windows cannot always be removed.
4. If anything else concerns you, let us know in your [retouching request] email. Our retouching team will decide whether it can be done.
When you receive your photos+
The original photos are sent 2 weeks after the shoot. Retouched photos take up to 4 weeks from when you choose the photos to retouch and send your selection to Nabit.
On the day of the shoot+
Your booking time is the time you arrive at the studio.
Hair and makeup, choosing and fitting hanbok take about 2 hours. ( e.g. for a 1 PM shoot, book 11 AM )
If you arrive later than your booking time for personal reasons, there may be fewer shots, and we cannot offer a reshoot or extra time. (We will shoot as much as we can within your booked time.)
If a hanbok is damaged (torn or stained) through carelessness, you may be charged 30% of its purchase price, so please take care.
When adding scenes for siblings or other family members, you cannot choose scenes other than those the studio offers.
To keep the shoot running smoothly and your child comfortable, siblings and family who are not in the photos cannot come along.
Other+
The studio is not responsible for problems during the shoot caused by inaccurate information, so please fill in this form carefully.
Copyright of the original and retouched photos belongs to the studio. Photos are kept for 6 months from the shoot date.
